Nursan cement trucks

Millennium-type Nursan cement trucks have a higher carrying capacity than Nursan V-type cement trucks. At the same time, due to the design in the form of an inverted letter "M", these cement trucks can unload cone-by-cone, which allows optimizing logistics.

Both V-shaped and Millennium-type vessels are made of aluminum and steel. Accordingly, aluminum cement trucks have a lighter tare weight, which allows, in certain cases, to comply with weight restrictions.

Cement trucks can be equipped with both electric and diesel compressors. Chassis can be both European brands (SAF, BPW) and Turkish brands (OZCOC).

Nursan cement trucks are distinguished by high quality of workmanship and standards for components. For production, alloy steel is used, which can withstand high loads when driving a car. The NursanTrailer plant carries out X-ray and ultrasonic inspection of vessel and chassis welds. Finished products are tested for tightness using a pneumatic test.
The V-shaped design allows full discharge of the powder and prevents sticking on the walls inside the vessel. In addition, this shape of the semi-trailer has a low balanced center of gravity, which favorably affects the stability of the road train during movement and allows achieving uniform distribution on the axles of the tractor and semi-trailer.
It can be made of St37 4 mm thick, as well as Domex steel 3 mm thick, with a volume of 23 - 50 m³.
