VAN
TMATCT is specifically designed to meet all the requirements of air traffic controllers. There is the possibility of ATC on a self-deploying chassis. The TMATCT is designed for both truck and trailer installation for a wide range of operational and transportation requirements. It can be deployed quickly and easily with an automatic self-leveling lift system. TMATCT can be transported by aircraft.
CABIN
The cab is specially designed with motion control subsystem equipment according to customer requirements. The cabin can be raised more than 5 m to create a tower for temporary airfield operations. Cabin walls are heat and sound insulated. The cabin is painted with anti-reflective paint. The saloon has windows tilted at an angle of 15° to prevent reflections of light and improve visibility. All windows are double layer tempered. The cab can be accessed via a folding and telescopic ladder.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The hydraulic system consists of an oil tank, filters and a group of pumps, which provide the pressurized oil supply required for all hydraulic operations, which are driven by the truck engine or an external generator. Hydraulic check valves are provided on all cylinders for high safety.
STABILIZING SYSTEM
Four outriggers keep the vehicle stable, and the cab is secured with four steel cables to withstand strong wind pressure when climbing to working height.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
For work at night, a powerful lighting system is provided. The truck has a backup generator and a UPS for both hydraulic operations and motion control. Double air conditioning for heating/cooling and ventilation is provided.
