SBC Self Propelled Belt Conveyor from
CHASSIS
It is designed and manufactured from steel sheets/profiles and is driven by a diesel engine with an automatic transmission.
RIBBON
There are enough rollers on the belt boom to support the belt and ensure safe transport of the load. The forward and backward movement of the belt is activated by a hydraulic motor, and the height and angle of the belt boom are adjusted using hydraulic cylinders. Handrails with a height of 800 mm are fixed on the left side of the boom, and guide rails with a height of 150 mm are fixed on the right side. A 7500 mm long conveyor belt is standard and is driven by two hydraulic cylinders.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The system is supported by oil tank, diesel driven hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, cylinders, valves. In the event of an engine failure, the system can be operated using a manual hand pump.
ASAS (AUTOMATIC SENSITIVE APPROACH SYSTEM)
It has a sensor-controlled braking and docking system for safe vehicle docking. When the vehicle begins to approach the aircraft, the system slows it down and stops it to prevent the vehicle from colliding with the aircraft. The system allows the driver or operator to brake and deactivate the system when it is active.
SURFACES
Belt boom hot-dip galvanized, chassis and body painted with primer.
DRIVE UNIT
The traction system is provided by a diesel engine with an electrically controlled power shift transmission and a torque converter. A dual-circuit brake system with hydraulic booster and disc brakes is provided.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Lighting was provided by 2 spotlights. All functions can be controlled from the control panels located in the driver's cab and on the sides of the conveyor belt.
