The 64500 series 3" and 4" inline and bypass pump control valves use a direct acting concept with a control module added to the base valve. This control module provides more precise control and eliminates external piping from the valve.

Adjustment is simple as no complex servos are used and the bleed point is located on the control box making it very easy to bleed the valve.

The control modules used on the equivalent 3" and 4" valves are identical, and most of the seals in the main body of the 3" and 4" valves are identical. This maximizes spare parts commonality and minimizes spare parts required for maintenance.

Standard end connections are ANSI 150lb flanges, but Victaulic adapters are also available.

Both inline and bypass options are compatible with air reference pressure control or electric solenoid control, and versions are available that can be used with digital pressure control systems.
