CHASSIS
Manufactured from steel sheet and profiles. There are rollers at the back and fixed wheels at the front. Hydraulic cylinder support legs are installed at 4 corners. It can be towed by the front drawbar and braked with the drawbar raised.
PLATFORM AND LIFTING MECHANISM
The platform of steel balls facilitates the loading of pallets and containers of various sizes onto the aircraft. There are loading rollers on the back of the platform, and rubber bumpers on the front. The platform is equipped with electro-hydraulic retractable steel locks to lock pallets and containers in place. The platform has control panels, walkways and handrails for the operator. The platform is lifted by two cylinders and chain scissor systems. The stability of the platform is ensured by the scissor system.
DRIVE SYSTEM
The drive system is made with a hydrostatic motor driven by a diesel engine. Steering is carried out by the front drawbar and rollers.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
System; Equipped with hydraulic oil tank, diesel driven pump, hydraulic motor, cylinders, valves. In the event of an engine failure, the system is activated by a hand pump.
SURFACES
Covered with a suitable primer and paint.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The electrical system is powered by a 12V DC battery. In system; automatic starter, standard lighting setting. The entire electrical system is controlled from the panel.
