Self-propelled electric belt conveyor EBC from the Turkish manufacturer Timsan.
CHASSIS
It is made of sheet steel and the vehicle is driven by electric motors.
CONVEYOR
The transport platform has a sufficient number of rollers to support the belt and ensure safe transport of the load. The forward and backward movement of the conveyor belt is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the height and angle of the platform are regulated by hydraulic cylinders. Handrails with a height of 800 mm are fixed on the left side of the boom, and guide rails with a height of 150 mm are fixed on the right side. Conveyor belts 7500 mm long have two hydraulic cylinders.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The system is supported by oil tank, diesel driven hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, cylinders, valves. In the event of an engine failure, the system can be operated using a hand pump.
ASAS (AIRCASE APPROACH SYSTEM)
It has a sensor-controlled braking and docking system for safe vehicle docking. When the vehicle begins to approach the aircraft, the system slows it down and stops it to prevent the vehicle from colliding with the aircraft. The system allows the driver or operator to brake and deactivate the system when it is active.
SURFACES
The conveyor belt is hot dip galvanized and the chassis is primer painted.
DRIVE UNIT
The traction system is provided by an 80V AC motor powered by an 80V DC battery and controlled by a high performance AC controller with regenerative braking system. A dual-circuit brake system with hydraulic booster and disc brakes is provided.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The electrical system includes work lighting and standard chassis lighting. All functions can be controlled from control panels located in the driver's cab and on both sides of both ends of the conveyor belt.
