Kadatec LNG carriers have been delivered since 2014. This is a Czech manufacturer with extensive experience in the supply of stationary and mobile gas tanks. The design is classical, self-supporting cylindrical vessel on a pneumatic chassis.
The Kadatec plant produces single-axle (two-axle) and three-axle (four-axle) semi-trailers for the safe transportation and unloading of propane-butane, with a capacity of 25 to 70 m3.
Single-axle (two-axle) semi-trailers completely replace interchangeable containers and surpass them from a technical and economic point of view:
- long, only 6 m.;
- conical tank;
- low center of gravity;
- height, only 3.5 m.
A single axle semi-trailer has a higher carrying capacity compared to a swap container. Another advantage of these semi-trailers is the possibility of sharing one tractor with large semi-trailers, so that the tractor has a universal application.
Three-axle (4-axle) semi-trailers (45-70m3) have the design advantages of a conical tank design:
- low center of gravity;
- high stability in work;
- a short semi-trailer provides high maneuverability, especially in cities.
