The Eaton Carter bottom loading system is based on a hydraulic drive concept requiring no pneumatics or electrics. Only fluid pressure is used to operate the system when the tank is loaded.

The bottom fill control is automatic, so when the liquid level in the tank reaches the set level sensor, the bottom fill valve closes. Our bottom loading system can work properly with any type of filling pump, positive displacement or centrifugal, without accidental opening.

Bottom loading valves are available in 3", 4", and 6" sizes with Victaulic flanged or inlet connections (depending on valve size) and can be configured for bottom loading only or bottom loading and unloading.

The 64079 level sensor has no wearing parts, so its life is unlimited and vibration does not affect the sensor, unlike float valves.
