The 60554/61654 hydrant valve family meets all requirements of the API/EI1584 (3rd edition) specification for 4-inch hydrant system components, including the latest specified breakout and strength levels.

The lower section assembly includes a check valve that allows the upper section assembly and pilot valve to be removed and serviced while the sump valve is still installed on the hydrant.

The top section (API adapter) is now provided with a replaceable part that interfaces with the hydrant coupling. This minimizes spare parts costs and allows easy replacement of wear surfaces.

The 60554 has a 4 in. ANSI 150 lb. flange connection and can be fitted with a 6 in. ANSI 150 lb. adapter.

Model 61654 comes standard with a 6 in. ANSI 150 lb. flange.

Both types of valves can be supplied with a cable operated pilot, pneumatically actuated pilot or dual cable/air pilot.

Cord, air or dual air/cable operated valves are available.
