Dirt filters are used to effectively remove particulate matter such as rust, sand and other particles from aviation fuel.
FAUDI Aviation DDO type filter elements are mainly used for aviation fuel filtration in mobile aircraft refueling. Dirt filters are an economical and reliable alternative to filter monitors, solving the related SAP* (Super Absorbent Polymer) problem.
Dirt filters must be used in conjunction with the AFGUARD® Electronic Water Sensor (EWS). EWS technology becomes the go-to source for maximum filter element performance and life - we simply call it PerformanceBasedFilterLife™.
